15 Fun Things To Do This Winter
1. Start a blog club. Get your friends together to talk about your favorite bloggers. Invite all to print a favorite post and pass it around. Next week, support a new blogger by leaving a comment on their site.

3. Open the calendar. Thanksgiving isn’t 2 weeks away. Christmas isn’t around the corner. There’s NOTHING. Celebrate.

5. Write a haiku. Refresher: 5 sylables in first sentence, 7 in second, 5 in last. Here’s mine from Christmas Eve.

8. Ask 10 friends to recommend a band they love. Create a playlist.
9. Find a hot tub, sauna or steamroom and get warm. Check into a hotel, spend the day at an indoor waterpark or check your local gym.

11. Spend a day without time.
12. Make a roast chicken and invite your neighbors for dinner.
13. Plan a Rockband tour. Send invitations to close friends that the band will be touring next weekend. Be there in your best rocker attire.
14. Plan a girls only family reunion. Invite cousins, aunts, grandmas, sisters … then spend a weekend at a hotel eating, drinking, talent shows, gift exchanges, you get the idea.
15. Plan a sleepover with the kids. Spread blankets over the floor, rent movies and eat takeout. Then, drift off when the last credits roll. Snuggle.
