Today’s update is going to be short and sweet.

I just finished the my latest revision of THE CHANNELS, a goal I did not expect to meet until the end of the month.

*pause for celebration!

For the first time since my first draft, I feel my book is ready if an agent or editor requests it. I learned so much in this process, the biggest thing being that I knew so little starting off. I made mistakes, and fixed them, seven times.

This week, I’ll take the next step in my career as an author by seeking representation. I’m excited, yet growing a thick skin as I speak. Dear New York … a writer in Green Bay, Wisconsin, will be in touch.
