Let Go or Be Dragged

Let go or be dragged.

This Zen Proverb, really spoke to me this week.

It’s natural to get attached to things.

People, routines, indulgences, dreams.

Maybe you’re struggling with a relationship that’s out of your control. Maybe you’re hanging onto a habit you know is unhealthy. Maybe your life lacks direction, and you can’t stop obsessing overĀ why.

Maybe …

it’s time to let go.

Time to stand up.

Decide: “I won’t be dragged down any longer.”

My mantra this month:

Let go of the way you dreamed things would be and find real joy in the way things are.

Wishing you courage and peace.
